Direct Deposit Required. Performs a full-range of overhaul and repair work on a variety of complex and interconnected systems found on wheeled and track-type heavy engineering equipment powered by internal combustion engines (gasoline, butane, diesel, or multi-fuel). Equipment includes construction, road maintenance, or industrial types such as motor patrol graders, bulldozers, wheeled tractors, front-end loaders, backhoes, rollers, heavy-duty compressors, generators, trucks, etc. Adjust, repair, and/or replace gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, clutches, transfer cases, power take-offs, front and rear trans-axle assemblies, steering and hydraulic braking systems under potentially adverse field conditions. Disassemble, repair and reassemble electrical system components. Uses specialized diagnostic equipment to diagnose problems. Perform preventative maintenance inspections, required servicing and minor repairs. Troubleshoot malfunctions when standard procedures and/or testing equipment do not suffice or are not available, utilizing personal knowledge, training, experience or other specialized skills related to the industry. Diagnose, monitor, and review major overhaul operations when contracted out to commercial shops. Utilize state-of-the-art testing equipment, hand tools, power equipment, and other such materials which are necessary to successfully operate at a field repair shop or remote on-site location. In emergency situations, or during extremely heavy seasonal workload conditions, the incumbent may be temporarily assigned to road maintenance activities. At such times, duties may consist of operating a truck, loader or roller. Summary of Requirements: You must meet all requirements as listed in the Qualifications section of the announcement. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
